5 months in, made it a commitment to do crossfit 2x/week and supplement the rest of my week with daily hikes. Now that it's summer I am hoping to swim too!!
3 months strong! Trying to get my diet and exercise in sync!
1st Month of CrossFit at Canyon CrossFit in Anaheim Hills.
Goal: 3 Times a week, MWF and something active on the weekend. Tennis, hiking, apartment gym.
Started Crossfit on 12/20/10

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
I also hike the small trails around my house, ski, and play the occasional pick up soccer whenever I find the time and people willing to play. :)
